Leterrier denies Hulk sequel, director’s cut

Incredible Hulk sequel unlikely?
The Hollywood Reporter, via Reuters, inspects the likelihood of a sequel to The Incredible Hulk. The summer flick’s box office returns are similar to those of Ang Lee’s Hulk, which were considered disappointing in 2003. While Marvel claims to be happy with the financial results of Incredible Hulk, the company has yet to greenlight a follow-up.

Photographer sues over Iron Man image
Photo District News shows that freelance photographer Ronnie Adams filed a lawsuit last week in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. It seems a photo Adams took during the the filming of Iron Man made its way into the summer blockbuster. The lawsuit accuses Marvel and Paramount of “unlawfully infringing Adams’s copyright and engaging in unfair competition.”

Leterrier cuts Captain America from Hulk
From director Louis Leterrier, SOS Hollywood has discovered why Captain America will not be seen in The Incredible Hulk. It seems the hero’s appearance was in a scene deemed too dark for some audiences. Thus, the scene was cut from the picture. However, Leterrier suggests the footage could appear online this week.
