Photographer sues over Iron Man image

Photo District News shows that freelance photographer Ronnie Adams filed a lawsuit last week in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. It seems a photo Adams took during the the filming of Iron Man made its way into the summer blockbuster. The lawsuit accuses Marvel and Paramount of “unlawfully infringing Adams’s copyright and engaging in unfair competition.”
